 The completed
TOTeM(s) registration form(s) including the communication data sheet should be faxed or emailed to IFRF NET, preferably not later than
17th May 2002 (download by clicking on the PDF icon, 105 KB). On receipt of the registration form, confirmations and invoices will be sent.

registration form, confirmations and invoices will be sent.
Please do not forget that you must book your hotel rooms independently
using the form, which you may download (see below), fill in and fax back to
IFRF NET (Fax Number on the form).

TOTeM Fee:
All credit transfers,
Cheques etc., should be made in the new European
Currency, €-the Euro.
The fee for participation in both TOTeMs is €500 for all participants (a fee of €275 is payable if participating in only one meeting). This fee includes participation in
the Social Evening and dinner, both technical sessions, refreshments during the morning and afternoon breaks, lunches, and a copy of the conference proceedings.
All prices are exclusive VAT.
Accommodation is not included in the fee above.
Payment:
Payment of the registration fee
should be made by:
- Credit transfer - details of bank account number will be given on the
invoice. With this form of payment, evidence of payment order should be produced at the TOTeM registration on arrival;
- Visa, American Express or Master Card
upon registration.
